1. Warranty Coverage
All products sold through www.wawsem.com are covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period varies by product category:
- Phone photography accessories: 6 months from the date of delivery
- Fog machines: 12 months from the date of delivery
Specific warranty periods are also indicated on each product page.
2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects (faulty components, circuit board failure, structural defects)
- Product malfunction under normal use during the warranty period
- Missing or defective parts upon delivery
3. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence
- Damage from unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, battery capacity degradation)
- Damage from water immersion, fire, extreme temperatures, or other external causes
- Products used beyond their rated specifications
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, bulbs) unless the defect is manufacturing-related
4. Warranty Service Options
If a product is confirmed to have a warranty-covered defect, we offer:
- Free replacement parts: We will ship the defective component at no cost to you.
- Free product replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will send a replacement unit.
- Product refund: If replacement is not available, we will refund the product purchase price only. Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Provide your order number, product model, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
- Our technical team will evaluate the claim within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange replacement parts or product shipment promptly.
6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
- Warranty-covered defects: We cover the cost of shipping replacement products or parts to you.
- Out-of-warranty or non-covered issues: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or failure.
8. Governing Law
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين منطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة. يجب تقديم أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو فيما يتعلق بها إلى السلطة القضائية الحصرية لمحاكم منطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة.
